The warnings in the Southwest and much of the region as the storm ended. Environment Canada says that several tornadoes in southern Ontario have been reported. About 8 clock has been reported tornadoes possible near Shelbourne, another in the Lucan area and one third of the coast of Lake Huron between St. Joseph and Bayfield. In the northeast are tornado watches remain in force in Gogama, Kirkland Lake, New Liskeard, Temagami and North Bay.
The storm dumped heavy rains in the region and caused sporadic power outages.
In Toronto, the CNE closed early and caused chaos with Toronto FC rain CONCACAF Champions League with FC Dallas at BMO Field on the fairgrounds.
