A huge storm system in the Gulf of Mexico grows

 

Update: A tropical weather system grows in the Gulf Coast, and several parishes are preparing residents on emergency basis—are urging the public to prepare.

New Orleans Mayor Mitch Landrieu will update citizens on the New Orleans Weather. With widespread showers and thunderstorms, some storms can cause heavy rain. Locally heavy rainfall is possible. There is chance of rainfall of nearly 100 percent.
