An explosion in Italy kills 8 people


An explosion at a fireworks factory, located in southeast of Rome has killed at least 8, people on Monday.

Italian police spokeswoman Stefania Marazzo says that another two people are unaccounted regarding the blast.

The explosion occurred at a fireworks factory near Arpino, which is about 115 kilometers southeast of Rome. Marazzo says police and firefighters are on the scene and the blaze has been brought under control.
