Despite competition, Singapore’s15-year-old, Fiona Fussi has won the Elite Model Look Singapore 2011 reward. In this regard, the Eurasian student—born to an Austrian father and Hong Kong mother told the media that the win is likely to be dedicated to her grandmother, who died of cancer three months ago.
As regards the competition, 13 girls were selected among 45 girls on last Sunday competed to vie for the Singapore leg of the Elite Model Look tonight at the Red Dot Museum.
The competition was held at Red Dot Design museum last night, before 300-plus-strong crowd. It was already crystal clear that the 1.76m-tall Fiona was the favourite of the night, with her fascinated-faced beauty, flawless skin and stunning features which attracted the crowd.
Fiona Fussi, a Singapore resident of Hong Kong and Austrian heritage will be leaving to Shanghai on 6 December 2011 to compete with almost 80 peers, belonging to 60 countries.
In this respect, about 400,000 entries were received from these 60 countries. She beat 12 other finalists of different nationalities to win the title. For eligibility to compete, the participated girls have to be living in the country they choose to compete in. 16 year old Danish, Louise Arild, who is 177cm tall came in 2nd Runner Up while 175 cm tall and 18 year old Singaporean Putri Diana Abdullah came in 1st Runner Up.
Louise will be going to London while Putri will be going to Paris for an all expense paid trip to cast in the two offices.
