HBR, the new reality series of CW: Jersey Shore’s Snooki

HBR, the new reality series of CW, made quite a display in 2011. TCA Summer Press Tour—not in a good way. When host Mario Lopez along with producers Mike Fleiss and Lisa Gregorisch-Dempsey took the stage for their panel, they were all smiles, until the press proceeded to verbally beat the show to a bloody pulp!

HBR focuses on ordinary folks who are made to come face-to-face with the objects of their resentment. The star then spends the day trying to win them over—Jersey Shore’s Snooki, Jennifer Lopez, and Kim Kardashian will all be featured. But HBR’s anti-bullying message did not impress the critics—one reporter even asked Mario Lopez that with all that’s going on in the world right now, “why should we care about Snooki’s feelings?”

What do you envisage? Should we mere mortals be allowed to have opinions about celebrities no matter how negative, or do we all need to leave Snooki and her kind alone? You may share your opinion in our poll.
