Mexico shocked by earthquake, recorded 6 Richter Scale

On July 26, 2011, an earthquake measuring 6 on the Richter Scale rocked the regions of Mexico on Tuesday at 12:44 local time as the Mexican National Seismological Service (SSN) reported.

However, there has been no reports of serious material damage and human casualties or injured in the earthquake, the sources of Mexico says. SSN report points out that the epicenter of the earthquake is located in northern Sinaloa state, which is about 100 kilometers southeast of Los Mochis.

After a search of the areas, located near the epicenter, the authorities of Mexico’s Civil Protection Unit have also confirmed that they have found no damage and casualties.
