During the set of his new film, Arnold Schwarzenegger was injured after a stunt mishap. The 64-year-old action legend had to receive medical treatment for a nasty gash to his forehead and filming was halted on contemporary Western ‘The Last Stand’, while he was treated.
While posting a photo on his twitter page about his injury, he tweeted: “Got a little banged up on set today. Thanks to the medical staff which got me back in action an hour later.”
Schwarzenegger who did not disclose any details about the incident happened, has been shooting the movie in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and in it, he plays a small town sheriff who takes on a drug kingpin.
The Hollywood star returned to acting after leaving office as the Governor of California in January.
