The doctrine of American Central Intelligence (CIA) is based on roguish tactics, being employed in the target countries through its invisible warriors and paid agents.
During the Cold War era, under the pretext of Commmunism, CIA implemented a number of such tactics like vile propaganda, toppling the regimes, arranging military rebelions, inciting uprising, fueling sectarian violence and assasination of political leaders including renowned persons. In this regard, military coup against Indonesian President Sukarno and afterwards his assassination might be cited as one of the examples. When the US former Secretary Henry Kissinger had threatened to occupy the oil installations of Saudi Arabia, in response, Saudi King Shah Faisal also warned to stop oil supply to America. As a result, King Faisal was killed by his own nephew who was clandestinely supported by the CIA. Similarly attempts were made to kill Egyptian President Nasser, Lydian President Col. Gaddafi and Cuban President Castro. As regards Castro, in a declassified document, US admitted that CIA had tried to eliminate Castro.
However, after the end of the Cold War and disintegration of the former Soviet Union.
the rogue CIA intensified its roguish techniques.
CIA agents have their presence in almost all countries-particularly in the concerned countries, implementing various tactics of psychological warfare. Its operations are conducted with great professional skill and expertise, which include the establishment of a huge network inside the target countries. It has used propaganda, political dissent, ethnic divisions, economic backwardness and criminal elements to foment subversion and terrorism to weaken the related states in conssonance with American ambitions. Nevertheless, application of these nefarios designs vary from country to country as CIA incursion in the various countries proves.
Besides, falsehood, disinformation and deceit are also some of the tactics of this rogue intelligence agency. For instance, before the invasion of Iraq in 2003, a deliberate disinformation campaign was launched by the CIA all over the world that Iraq had Weapons of Mass Destructions (WMDs). For that purpose, CIA also funded and used some American and western media. In that respect, a self-fabricated report was prepared about Iraq. Afterwards, Iraq was attacked and occupied by the Anglo-American forces, but no WMDs were found. This fact was also veriefied by the US concened team. In fact, main aim of Washington was to occupy the oil resouces of that country. Notably after his resignation, US Secretary of State, Collin Powel disclosed that he was provided false information by the CIA regarding Iraq, which damaged his reputation.
In fact, with help of various lobbies, especially Jews, CIA which controls the media and every successive administration, influeces the internal and external policies of the US. It was already in collusion with the Indians and Israelis to exploit American strategy against the Islamic World, while the 9/11 tragedy provided this agency with a golden oppurtunity to manipulate the same against the Muslims in order to fulfill US, Indian and Israeli collective designs against Pakistan, Palestine, Iran, Syria etc.
It was due to the covert support of CIA that just immediately after the September11 events, the US media and the government became one, and launched an anti-Muslim campaign, pointing to an obvious connection between those horrendous acts and the Islamic radicals. Owing to the clandestine activities of the CIA, chauvinism and extremism in Americans resulted into retaliatory attacks on Islamic centers and the Muslims in various areas. Moreover, arrests, detentions and harassment of the Muslims by the CIA in coordination with the FBI were other steps in that regard. Afterwards, some investigation by an independent organization had proved that Jews were behind the incident as majority of them were on leave before the 9/11 catastrophe.
Nonetheless, American unity was being projected with such force as to allow very little questioning of US policy, which in many ways headed towards a series of unexpected events in Afghanistan, Iraq and other Islamic countries where CIA acted upon its sinister designs. In that context, since 9/11, the US-led troops, supported by CIA have carried out indiscriminate mass round-ups in catching up suspected Muslim men and women in Afghanistan and Iraq including some Arab countries without verification. Indian RAW and Israeli Mossad have helped the US officials in providing “bogus” evidence in arresting the Muslim men, having beard and ladies, wearing scarf. Under the cover of terrorism, CIA has run many torture cells around the world—Guantanamo Bay, Bagram, in Ships and other secret places where brutality was being employed on the Muslims in every horrible form. The most tragic tale of Dr Aafia Siddiqui who was caught by the CIA agents shows inhuman torture-tactics of this rogue agency. Now, under the pretext of American anti-terrorism legislation, CIA has been fully persecuting the Muslims in one or the other way.
It is of particular attention that CIA manipulates the double standards of the US-led west in relation to terrorism and human rights vis-à-vis Pakistan, Iran and China. It also secretly exploits Sino-US differences, propagating that China is an emerging superpower which will compete with the US strategically. While ignoring Hindu terrorism, this secret agency has always targeted these three countries with the help of CIA-funded human rights organizations and NGOs. Besides, CIA has been destabilising Pakistan and Iran because Pakistan is the only nuclear country in the Islamic World, while Tehran’s nuclear programme is also opposed by the US. A perennial wave of subversive events by the CIA agents in Iran and Pakistan including blame game against the latter’s intelligence agency ISI and army are also part of its hidden agenda.
It is mentionable that Pakistan’s province, Balochistan where China has invested billion of dollars to develop Gwadar seaport, irritates the US, India and Israel. Balochistan has even shifted the central gravity of the Great Game to Pakistan. Therefore a ‘nuclearised’ Pakistan has become special target of the roguish tricks of the CIA which is creating instability by supporting separatist and hostile elements in Balochistan and other cities of our Pakistan. In this respect, besides a continued wave of suicide attacks, sectarian violence, assaults on Pakistan’s security personnel, and other incidents like kidnappings and killings of Iranians and Chinese engineers in the last three years might be cited as example. In this regard, with the cooperation of RAW and Mossad, CIA has well-established its network in Afghanistan from where well-trained terrorists are being sent in Pakistan so as to conduct subversive acts.
Notably, the case of American national Raymond Davis who shot dead two Pakistani youths on January 27, 2011 has endorsed the CIA covert operations in Pakistan. Sources confirmed that David Raymond and his companions were agents of the American CIA and were on an anti-Pakistan mission. In fact, he was part of the illegal activities of the Blackwater whose employees entered Pakistan in the guise of diplomats in order to fulfill anti-Pakistan designs of America.
Despite protest by Pakistan’s civil and military leadership CIA-operated drone attacks have continued intermittently on the FATA. On March 18 and April 22 this year, in the most lethal strikes, more than 75 innocent people were killed by the CIA-operated pilotless spy planes in North Waziristan.
The misdeeds of CIA are known to every one. In this context, Ramzi Yousaf who was well-aware of the activities of the CIA and Mossad had stated in the US court in 1997, “You are butchers, liars, and hypocrites. You keep on talking about terrorism to the media, but behind closed doors you support terrorism”.
Without any doubt, in light of its roguish activities, we can rightly call it the rogue CIA.
